One of the major milestones of 2024, without a doubt, was the debut of ADCC Youth, the new championship from the organization that brings together children and teenagers in search of the event’s world title. The first edition took place one day before the main ADCC, also in Las Vegas, and showcased great promises of our sport in action.
For the second edition, which still doesn’t have a confirmed date or location, the organization promises an even bigger event, much closer to the format and grandeur of the main ADCC. Unlike the debut, where all the athletes participated by invitation, the next edition will have selection events, the famous Trials, both in Brazil and the United States, to determine who will secure a spot in the competition, which will only take place at the end of 2026.
In addition, a new way to secure a spot will be through participation in the ADCC Opens, accumulating points that will be included in an official event ranking, counting from January 2025 to April 2026. ADCC Youth was a huge surprise and achieved tremendous success, solidifying itself as an excellent initiative.
