The Grand Prix for the featherweight division and the superfights will be the highlights of BJJ STARS 14 next Saturday.

Next Saturday, December 7th, in São Paulo, promises a night full of action for jiu-jitsu enthusiasts. BJJ STARS, one of the biggest jiu-jitsu events in Brazil, will hold its 14th edition, featuring a featherweight Grand Prix with a 100,000 reais prize for the champion, along with several high-level superfights.

The main attraction of the event, without a doubt, will be the fierce battle for the 100,000 reais prize in the featherweight Grand Prix, which will feature some of the top names in the category. The confirmed athletes for the GP are: Fabricio Andrey, Kennedy Maciel, Israel Almeida, Diego Sodré, Meyram Maquiné, Cleber Souza, and Malachi Edmond.

In addition to the Grand Prix, BJJ STARS 14 will feature 6 superfights, some of which are highly anticipated by fans of the sport. Jansen Gomes and Felipe Andrew, both IBJJF World Champions, will face off in a superduel for the event’s light heavyweight title. Another eagerly awaited superfight will be between Piter Frank and Jaime Canuto, two of the most dynamic and exciting fighters in the jiu-jitsu scene.

A highlight of the event will be the fight between Marco Aurélio and Rafael Paganini, which will be the only no-gi match of the edition and is expected to be one of the best fights of the night.
